Have a Happy New Year!

It's been a good year for me, though the economy was still bad as you know. Our concert in September was quite a success. I keep receiving nice compliments from time to time. I really appreciate to people involved with this concert for their hard work and commitment to it. Now, I start thinking about the concert of next year. I have already received requests for the entry from some artists in Japan. I am totally open right now as to how we produce and structure the concert next year. 　Your frank and innovative idea would be welcome and appreciated.
One last thing. Those who ordered the DVD of last concert and have not received it yet, please let me know. I still have a few copies left. If you like to have one, please also let me know.

もう、今年も終わりですね。あっという間でした。相変わらずの不況が続いていますが、私にとっては良い年でした。９月のメモリアルコンサートも成功でした。今でも「良いコンサートでしたね」と声をかけていただいて、とてもうれしく思っています。このコンサートにご尽力いただいたボランティアの皆さん、本当に有難うございました。
来年のコンサートの事も考え始めています。気の早い日本のアーティストからは参加の申し込みも頂きました。来年をどんなコンサートにするか皆さんアイディアをどしどしお寄せください。これは9.11に思いを寄せる皆さんのコンサートですから。
最後にもう一つ。先日のコンサートのDVDを申し込まれた方で未だ受け取っていない方は連絡してください。それと私の手元には未だコピーが余っていますので、欲しい方は遠慮なく申し込んでください。
日本ではもう新年を迎えた時間です。NYでは後12時間足らず。
皆さん、良いお年をお迎えください。来年もよろしくお願いします。
