湘南ゴスペルクワイアーが2010年コンサートに参加決定 

2010年の風の環メモリアルコンサートに日本の混声ゴスペルグループ「湘南ゴスペルクワイアー」の参加が決定した。このグループは今回のメモリアルコンサートのために新たに結成されたグループで、メンバーは藤沢オリーブチャペルクワイアーと湘南のゴスペルクワイアーから構成される。Traditionalなゴスペルから Hip Hop調のものまで手がけており、各種イベント、江ノ島ライブそしてクリスマスコンサートなど積極的に活動を続けている。
今回のコンサートではニューヨークの本場ハーレムで活躍している日系のゴスペルグループの「ココロ」とも合同演奏する予定になっている。

Manhattan Symphonie Is Joining in 2010 Concert ! 

The Manhattan Symphonie founded and conducted by Gregory Singer is now joining in our concert this year and they will perform the "New World" by Dvorak. The orchestra was founded in 2005 and made its Carnegie Hall Debut in the same year. Since then, it continues to perform primarily throughout the New York Tri-State area. In 2009 the orchestra was invited to perform a series of concerts throughout China to celebrate 30 years of good relationship between the US and China. They visited 10 cities and performed 14 concerts there during Christmas and New Years season with overwhelming reception.
We are honored and thrilled to have them with our concert this year.

合唱団「萩」正式に発足 

２０１１年５月２０日にＮＹのカーネギー大ホールで開かれる第一回日米合唱祭に日本側として参加する合唱団「萩」が正式に発足した。また当日歌われるレパートリーも発表された。

"Bush Clover Choir" Formed in Sendai !

A new choir named "Bush Clover Choir" is officially established in Sendai which will participate in the First Japan-US Chorus Festival representing a choir from Japan on May 20, 2011. Their repertoires are also announced. Its official website is now available.
